About this piece

First Tracks of Winter was inspired by an early snowfall at Stake Lake, when fresh snow settles quietly and the landscape shifts overnight. The painting captures that first moment of winter—soft, still, and expectant—before paths are defined and before movement leaves its mark. Light and shadow stretch gently across the surface, holding the calm of a season just beginning.

About the Homecoming Collection

The Homecoming collection was created in response to the landscapes surrounding Kamloops and Sun Peaks, and to the experience of moving through a home shaped by light, land, and arrival. The works are released gradually, one at a time, mirroring the way the collection was created.

The collection is organized into three tiers—Collectors Works, Core Works, and Hero Works—reflecting scale, placement, and role within the home.

About this work
