Homecoming Collection
About this piece
Heffley Creek reflects the steady movement of water through the Clearwater area during the spring melt. Broad, layered strokes echo the current’s rhythm—powerful but unhurried—capturing a landscape defined by flow rather than stillness. The painting holds a sense of continuity, where motion becomes familiar and grounding over time.
About the Homecoming Collection
The Homecoming collection was created in response to the landscapes surrounding Kamloops and Sun Peaks, and to the experience of moving through a home shaped by light, land, and arrival. The works are released gradually, one at a time, mirroring the way the collection was created.
The collection is organized into three tiers—Collectors Works, Core Works, and Hero Works—reflecting scale, placement, and role within the home.
About this work
This painting is a Core Work, developed to create visual flow and continuity throughout the home. Core Works guide movement from space to space, allowing the landscape to unfold gradually rather than through a single focal point.
